Elderberry Syrup Information
Dosing:
Not suitable for infants under 1 year
Toddlers: 1/2 tsp
Kids: 1 tsp
Adults: 1 tsp up to 1 tbsp
Prevention: once per day, 3 or more times per week
Exposure to illness: 3 or more times per day for 3-5 days
Acute illness: up to 8 times per day until symptoms subside
*Do not dilute
*Do not drink for 10-15 minutes after taking
